The MSME  Application Form is available with the Authorized Centre- Office counter on any working Days between 10.00am   to 7.00pm

OPTION  2 : ADMISSION  THROUGH  REGISTERED POST              

The Eligible   candidates interested for the admission  can directly  download the MSME Application form from this site and fill    in the form correctly along with all the required documents and course fees in form of DD can send it in the above    Authorized Centre address  through the registered post only .

After receiving the Application Form with Fees the Authorized centre will contact the candidate immediately over phone or   mail as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT NOTES

The MSMEDI Application Form is absolutely Free. There is no cost For the Application Form only.

An Applicant must go through the admission details and  Rules & regulations carefully before filling in the Application Form.

An Application will be summararily rejected if there is any discrepancy between the information in the application form and   the supporting documents.

The Name of the Applicant , Father’s Name , Mother’s Name , DOB of the Applicant & his/ her qualification will be considered   as material particulars in the context. These above information  are mandatory and  should be written neatly & correctly.

Documents Required For the Admission :

10th Std / Matric Certificate Xerox Copy as the date of birth proof.
Any higher education Mark sheet or Certificate Xerox Copy as Applicable for the interested Course
  Caste / PH / Proof Certificates Xerox Copy.
3 Passport size colour Photohraphs
Required Course fees in form of DD or cash
DD in favour of “ The Director , MSMEDI , Cuttack ” payable at Cuttack  
Fees once remitted will not be refunded at any cost.
Fees in forms of Cheque or Credit card payments are not acceptable.

Facilities by MSMEDI , Govt Of  India

After Completion of the course the candidates will be awarded the Govt Of India Certificates

All type assistance like Project preparation , assistance in  arranging Bank finance or Business loan will be provided to set   up new enterprises
